  5. Dear ValuePick,

How would you expect the share price to react once the rights issue is over and shares have been alloted to the eligible shareholders?

    2. Hi Valuepick,

Say the shareholder purchase EPC Ind. shares at an average price of 160 and after rights issue(5:3) at price of 40 per share, I expect the price to come at 115.

Let me know if I am correct.

    3. Exchange can only fix the adjusted price.Based on this the upper and lower circuit will be adjusted .But on which rate it should trade purely depends on demand and supply.

  9. Hi, I got the forms. I am a little bit confused with the method of payment.
    1) Can I write a cheque with ICICI bank? It's not in Mumbai, it's in small town in Andhra Pradesh.
    2) On the document, it says the "All cheques / drafts accompanying the CAF should be drawn in favour of the Collecting Bank (specified on the reverse of the CAF)". But I don't find anything on the revers of the CAF.

could you please help out? thanks
